While running a design company for nearly 10 years, I realized that no matter how busy and stressful a day was, for me, making fresh meals for my family, with touch of creativity or surprises is the most satisfying daily challenges. I love design, and I love baking, and I wish to combine my two biggest passions, to bring out new possibilities.

We travel through the world, to look through different culture, history, and explore recipes of all time. We regret that some ingredients with great health benefits did not get the international presence they deserve. They could be lack of aesthetic, refreshment or simply a good recipe. We aim to discover more possibilities to refresh and revive healthy ingredients, because great pastry should be inspiring.
